Truly enjoyed the hotel, it is attractive and reasonably clean, has good location in the town center. Everyone was really good and pleasant as well as owner. The offered breakfast was great and included a wide range of options. Location: the property was just off the historic town square of Elten and the central plaza by the main church. Also, the hotel was at walking distance from Eltenberg.

The foot of the Elten Hill, with its enchanting walking paths and breathtaking views of the Rhine Valley, provided us with a memorable family experience. We enjoyed exploring the famous St Vitus Church and immersing ourselves in the tranquil atmosphere of this picturesque location. The kids had a blast discovering the different surfaces on the two-kilometer forest path in Elten, from the soft mossy ground to the crunchy leaves and gravel. It was a delightful adventure that kept them entertained and engaged throughout our stay.
For dads, it would be great to have a dedicated play area for the children.

Title: Great place next to the Dutch border
The town's main street was busy, but it didn't disturb me during my stay.

During our recent stay, we were pleased with the warm and welcoming reception at Hotel-Restaurant Wanders. The decor in our room, which had a nostalgic Seventies theme, was exactly as advertised. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with its delicious food and excellent menu. The breakfast, in particular, was perfect and the best we experienced during our two-week trip. We also appreciated the safety of the locked car park and the convenient market position. we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider returning in the future. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful memory.

I absolutely adored the traditional decoration of the hotel, it brought back memories of my own home. The cozy atmosphere and charming details made me feel right at ease. The general areas of the hotel were easily accessible for someone like me, with wide hallways and handrails to hold on to. It was such a relief to find a hotel that understands the needs of senior people like myself.
I would have appreciated a better selection of activities specifically tailored for senior guests.

The staff at Hotel Wander were extremely helpful and thoughtful during our stay. The food provided was plentiful and appetizing, and the setting had a delightful European charm. We enjoyed having the town square right outside our window, with the lovely sound of the church bells ringing. As business travelers, this was a refreshing change from the North American "pragmatism" we are used to. our experience at Hotel Wander was a delight.
We felt happy with our stay at Hotel Wander and had nothing to complain about.

The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful decorations that reminded me of my grandmother's house. It felt like stepping back in time, and I loved seeing all the antique furniture and vintage artwork. The common areas were easily accessible for senior people like myself, with comfortable seating areas and clear pathways to navigate.
I would have preferred if the children working there were a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. A little extra assistance and consideration would have made the vacation even better for us.

Stay at Hotel - Restaurant Wanderers
Title: Amazing Stay at Wanderers!
The only thing we wished for was a livelier nightlife scene for young party-goers. We had an amazing time during the day exploring all the outdoor activities, but once the sun went down, we were hoping for some more options to continue the fun into the night.
